SportShape - A Sports Specific Training Program

 

Our Progression Programs are:

Foundation Training: six weeks meeting individually with a trainer or in small groups to develop general strength and conditioning.

Maintenance Training: ongoing strength and conditioning work once you have completed the Foundation Program.  Great for off season conditioning maintenance!

    *This program is designed for youth, ages 14 and older.  Training is tailored to specific sports.

 

Individual Sessions: $45 if paid by the session.  $420 for 6 weeks, meeting twice a week with a trainer.

    *Packages include membership fees, therefore participants do not have to pay membership fees also.

 

A Sports Specific Training Program for youth 14 and older.  Workouts are designed to improve agility, increase strength and overall conditioning in preparation for participation organized sports.

Small groups training:

    * volleyball / basketball / soccer

    * softball / baseball

    * cheerleading / dance / gymnastics

    * golf / tennis

Individual training:

    * very specific to sport and position

    * track and field
