Other Pre-choreographed Classes

 

Zumba - It's like a party!  Have fun with the choreographed routines that your instructor teaches with a flair of Latin, African, hip-hop and international styles all meshed into one FUN class!

Aerobic Classes

Cardio Power Hour -Hi and Low Impact aerobics (~45 minutes) at an intermediate/high level intensity utilizing a variety of styles- sports/athletics/cardioboxing and dance with power intervals followed by conditioning exercises for upper body, legs and abdominals.


Lite-Low Impact - A low impact, lower intensity level class. Ideal for the mature adult participant, pre- or post- natal women, or someone just starting out.

 

BodyStep/Pump - A fusion of the best of BodyStep and BodyPump all in one workout!


CardioBoxing - Kick and punch your way into great conditioning with martial art and kick boxing moves, using some high intensity intervals to boost your metabolism! 

 

Yoga Classes

Yoga - A traditional yoga class using deep breathing techniques along with stretches and strengthening positions. A relaxation segment is included.
Yogalates - A blend of both yoga and pilates.
Power Yoga - More advanced than the traditional yoga class with deep breathing techniques along with stretches and strengthening positions.
Gentle Yoga - A great class for newcomers to yoga, slower paced with emphasis on stretching.

Other Classes

Tai Chi - All Tai Chi classes will have the first 45 mins for beginners and the following 30 mins for advanced.
Strictly Strength - A group weight training class using free weights (3 lbs to 40 lbs with high reps). Routines are basic so all levels can be within the same class.
Absolute Core -Along with the abdominals it is just as important to work the low back and obliques, core training is one of the most important areas to strengthen, covering the entire midsection of the body - your core.
Pilates - A conditioning program that focuses on the core of the body (abdominal, back, and hips), performing movements designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles involved. Designed to improve balance, coordination and body awareness.
Pre/Post Natal - A low impact aerobic class designed specifically for the pre/post natal participant. A doctor's note is required to participate in this class.

Healthy backs- A total body conditioning class with emphasis on strengthening your core, balance and flexibilty. Handweights, bands, stability balls and balance training implements are used. Great for newcomers as well as those needing to strengthen their core.

Stability Ball - A 30 minute class using the large stability ball- (ask your instructor what the best size would be for you!) A full body workout that will make you realize how important and useful this large ball can be!

B.A.S.I.C. workout - Bodyweight exercises, Agility and Stability training, Interval Conditioning. Combine these elements and you get one class that will get you going! A 45 minute class that uses athletic moves and sports drills along with basic movements-squats, lunges, pushups, etc.-
