Orientation Training Session

Every Member receives two Orientations Training Sessions with one of our Personal Trainers or Orientation Trainers.

Your first Orientation Session will include a tour of our entire facility and detailed explanations of what Blacksburg Health and Fitness at the Weight Club offers to you.  Along with your tour  your Trainer will guide you through all of the Body Master machines.  From Leg Press to Bicep Curl, you will learn the different settings for all 16 different Body Master machines.  Trainers will also instruct you on the correct form, along with weight and repetitions you should perform for your individual goals.

During your second orientation (could be done at the same time as the first orientation session if needed) your trainer will guide you through all 18 Hammer Strength Machines. 
Just like your first orientation session you will learn the different settings and correct form  for all of the Hammer Strength Machines.
