Training Methodology…Mixing it up. High reps, low reps, supersets, dropsets, keep the body guessing. I listen to how my body reacts, if something doesn’t feel right then I don’t do it. Most important thing to me is technique. A good technique helps to keep you proportionate, gives you good shape and symmetry and also prevents you from injuries.

Nutrition…Eat at least every 3 hour making it 6-8 meals a day. Low Glycemic
carbohydrates, except right after my workout. With approximately 30 grams of protein with each meal. Small amount of fat, unsaturated only. As little supplements as possible (don’t like em)

Aside from Bodybuilding I enjoy…Ice cream, pizza, burgers, cheesecake (off season only of course).  I enjoy reading, playing sports, watching movies and traveling.

Future Goals:  I’d like to own my own gym someday. I would also like to continue competing in bodybuilding competitions and see how far I can go with it. I enjoy Personal Training so I would love to continue doing that, and maybe work over at the west coast.

Tips to those just starting out: Don’t do too much too soon. Building a muscular physique takes time, train hard but train smart. And never be afraid to ask for help.
