Training Methodology…Continuously shocking muscles by combining a variety of exercises and rep schemes as well as mixing heavier weights
with intensity. The goal is to improve
conditioning while maintaining and
enhancing muscle size and shape.


Nutrition…6-8 meals a day (approximately every 2-3 hours) consisting of a balanced mix between lean meats, complex carbohydrates, vegetables,
healthy fats, and protein from
supplements.

Aside from Bodybuilding I enjoy…outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, etc., spending time with my girlfriend, who is a fitness/figure competitor,
playing with my
dog (4 yr old female Rottweiler),Watching College Football,
Playing Sports.
