Training Methodology…I try to train with relatively strict form, and
work each body part a total of 15 sets (5-10 reps each.) Each body
part is hit once per week to allow for adequate recovery time. Drop
sets and HIT techniques are incorporated as contest time approaches.
The goal of every workout is to fatigue the muscle to a new level.

NutritionOff-season: 10 meals a day (approximately every 2 hours)
typically consisting of 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats. Protein
comes mostly from tuna fish, egg whites, steak, chicken, or supplements.
Contest-season: 8 meals a day consisting of 50% protein, 40% carbs,
10% fats. Carb consumption is limited after 5:00 p.m. in-season.

Aside from Bodybuilding I enjoy…being a big geek and crunching
numbers / writing code, spending time with my girlfriend, playing sports
(soccer and basketball are the only ones I'm any good at), playing with my
dog (3 yr old female German Shorthair Pointer), watching sports on
TV (college football, NFL, NBA)
